Fast follow-up on every enquiry, and our AI answering service for calls outside clinic hours.

06

Monthly numbers on enquiries, consultations booked and cost per enquiry from each channel.

Compliance

Cosmetic advertising rules we work to

United Kingdom: ASA/CAP Code

No adverts for prescription-only medicines such as Botox, no cosmetic intervention ads aimed at under-18s, and no claims without evidence.

No pressure tactics

We don't run time-limited discounts or 'book now' pressure on surgical procedures, and we don't trivialise surgery or its risks.

United States: FTC

Reviews and endorsements must be genuine, influencer relationships disclosed, and results claims supported. State medical boards add their own rules.

Patient photos

Galleries use genuine photos with written patient consent, are not retouched, and are handled as patient information.

FAQ

Common questions

See pricing and security.

Can we use before-and-after photos in ads?

On your website, yes, with written consent and no retouching. In ads, platform policies and country rules are stricter, so we check each one before it runs.

Can you advertise Botox or other injectables?

In the UK, prescription-only medicines such as Botox can't be advertised to the public, so we promote consultations instead. In the US, rules differ by state and platform, and we check them first.

Do you work with practices outside the US and UK?

Our focus is the US and UK. Canada is possible, but provincial rules differ, so we discuss it case by case.

Is ad spend included in your fee?

No. Ad spend is paid to Google or Meta directly and billed separately from our management fee.
