What we do

Social media management for dental practices

01

Dental social media content calendar

A month of posts planned ahead and sent to you for approval, built around your treatments, team and practice news.

02

Content created for each platform

We create the captions, graphics, short videos and stories, sized and written for Instagram, Facebook and the other platforms your patients use.

03

Paid social ads for dental treatments

Facebook and Instagram ads for specific treatments with one clear action, such as booking a consultation, tested and adjusted against real enquiries.

04

Comments and messages answered

We answer comments and messages for your practice on a schedule. Clinical questions are moved to a private channel with your team, and we never confirm that someone is a patient.

05

Your team on camera

Simple guidance and prompts so your team can film short clips that feel like your practice, not stock footage.

06

Monthly reporting in plain numbers

Each month: enquiries and bookings from social where they can be tracked, plus reach and engagement.

Compliance

Content within the rules

United Kingdom: GDC and ASA

Claims need evidence, 'specialist' is a protected title, and prescription-only medicines such as Botox can't be advertised, including on social media.

United States: FTC and dental boards

No fake or bought reviews or endorsements, influencer posts must disclose the relationship, and state boards regulate specialty claims.

Ontario

The RCDSO prohibits testimonials and reviews in a dentist's own advertising and social media, so we build Ontario content without them.

Before and after photos, with consent

Patient photos and stories are posted only with the patient's written consent, never retouched, and never shared with details that could identify them without permission.

FAQ

Common questions

See pricing and security.

Which social media platforms should a dental practice use?

Usually two done well rather than five done thinly. Instagram and Facebook suit most practices, with others added if your patients use them.

Do you create the dental social media content or just post it?

We create it: captions, graphics and edited video, planned in a monthly calendar you approve. We ask your team for occasional photos or short clips so the feed shows your real practice.

Can dentists post before-and-after photos on social media?

Usually, yes, if they are genuine photos of your own patients, used with written consent and not retouched. Rules differ by country and dental board, and ad platforms are stricter, so we check each one before it goes out.

Is the Facebook and Instagram ad budget separate from your fee?

Yes. Ad spend is paid to the platform directly and billed separately from our management fee, so you always see where it goes.
