What a practice website needs

Built around the booking, not the brochure

We write the treatment pages with you in plain language, within the advertising rules for your country, and hand over a site your team can update without calling us.

01

Booking on every page

A clear booking button and a tap-to-call number on every page, linked to your online booking tool or a request form your team confirms.

02

Treatment pages

One page per treatment patients search for: what happens, who it suits, what it costs to start and how to book. No claims you can't support.

03

Fast on phones

Most patients look for a dentist on their phone. We design for small screens first and check speed before launch.

04

Local SEO built in

Practice details, opening hours, map and structured data set up so search engines understand where you are and what you offer.

05

Your clinicians, by name

Real photos, qualifications and registration details for each dentist, which patients and regulators both expect to see.

06

Accessible and compliant

Readable text, good contrast and keyboard navigation, plus privacy, cookie and complaints information where your country requires it.

Compliance

Written to the advertising rules

United Kingdom

GDC guidance and the ASA/CAP Code apply: claims need evidence, 'specialist' is only for dentists on a GDC specialist list, and prescription-only medicines such as Botox can't be advertised.

United States

State dental boards regulate specialty and advertising claims, and the FTC rule bans fake or bought reviews and testimonials.

Canada

Provincial colleges set their own rules. In Ontario, the RCDSO prohibits testimonials in a dentist's advertising, including on the practice website.

Before-and-after photos

Only genuine photos of the practice's own patients, used with written consent and not retouched.

FAQ

Common questions

See pricing and security.

How long does a dental website take?

A typical practice website takes 3 to 6 weeks from the first call to launch. It depends mostly on how many treatment pages you need and how quickly the copy is approved.

Can you add online booking?

Yes. If you already use an online booking tool, we put its booking link or widget on every page. If you don't, we add a booking request form your team confirms. We only promise a direct connection to your practice software once we have tested it.

Will we lose our Google rankings when we switch?

We map every page of your old site to its new address and set up permanent redirects, which is how rankings are normally carried over. We check Search Console for errors after launch.

Do we own the website?

Yes. The site, the content and the domain are yours, and we hand over the access details and documentation.

Can you write the content for us?

Yes. We write it with you in plain language, and you approve every claim before it goes live.
