What we do

Six parts of dental SEO

We work the same way for a single-chair practice in Manchester or a group in Texas: local first, then the treatments that matter most to you. Spelling, terms and advertising rules follow your country.

01

Google Business Profile

Categories, services, opening hours, photos and posts kept accurate, because the map results are where most local patients choose.

02

Treatment pages

Pages for the treatments patients search for, such as implants, Invisalign or emergency appointments, written to answer their questions.

03

Technical fixes

Speed, mobile layout, broken links, titles, structured data and indexing problems fixed before we ask content to do more work.

04

Local listings

Your practice name, address and phone number made consistent across directories and the dental listings that matter in your country.

05

Genuine reviews

A simple, consistent way to ask every patient for a review. No incentives, no filtering of unhappy patients, no bought reviews.

06

Plain reporting

Each month: calls and booking requests from search, the searches you appear for, and what we are changing next.

What we won't do

No shortcuts that put your practice at risk

  • No guaranteed rankings: nobody controls Google
  • No bought links or link networks
  • No fake, bought or incentivised reviews
  • No keyword-stuffed pages written for robots
  • No reports full of numbers that don't matter
  • No claims on your pages that you can't back up

Compliance

SEO inside the rules

Reviews

The FTC rule bans fake reviews and review suppression in the US; the DMCC Act bans fake reviews in the UK. We ask every patient the same way.

Claims and titles

Page content follows GDC and ASA/CAP guidance in the UK and state dental board rules in the US, including when 'specialist' can be used.

FAQ

Common questions

See pricing and security.

How long does dental SEO take to work?

Most practices see meaningful movement in 3 to 6 months, depending on local competition and how much technical work is needed first. Google Business Profile fixes can show sooner.

Can you guarantee first place on Google?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We commit to the work that moves rankings and report on it openly each month.

Do you manage our Google Business Profile?

Yes. It is usually the first thing we fix, because it controls how you appear in the map results for local searches.

Do you need to rebuild our website?

Not usually. We can work on your existing site if we have access to edit it. If it is slow or hard to change, we will say so and explain the options.
