What it runs
Dental recall software that keeps the diary full
We don't sell practice management software. This CRM for dental practices works alongside the system you already use, and we confirm on the demo call how patient and appointment details get from one to the other.
Hygiene recall by text and email
Automated check-up and hygiene recall messages sent at the interval you set, with a follow-up if the first message gets no reply. US offices often call these recare reminders.
Appointment reminder texts
Text and email reminders before each dental appointment, with an easy way to confirm or ask to rebook.
Reactivating overdue patients
A friendly message to patients who are overdue, written by you and sent only to those who agreed to hear from you.
Google review requests
Every patient is asked for a Google review the same way after a visit. Nobody is filtered out and nobody is offered anything for a review.
Patient newsletter
Occasional practice news and seasonal reminders for patients who opted in, with an unsubscribe link in every message.
Consent records
Opt-ins and opt-outs are recorded and respected automatically, so marketing only reaches patients who agreed.

How we set it up
Run for you, approved by you
- Every message template approved by the practice
- Opt-out on every marketing message
- Service messages kept separate from marketing
- Quiet hours so nobody is texted late at night
- A monthly summary of messages sent and replies
- Patient data handled under a written agreement
Compliance
Recall, reminder and review rules by country
United Kingdom: PECR and UK GDPR
Appointment reminders are service messages; marketing texts and emails need consent or a soft opt-in, and every one needs a way to opt out.
United States: TCPA and HIPAA
Automated texts need the right consent, and patient information shared with us requires a Business Associate Agreement before any data moves.
Reviews
The FTC rule bans review suppression and fake reviews in the US. Asking every patient the same way keeps you on the right side of it.
Ontario
The RCDSO prohibits testimonials in a dentist's own advertising, so review requests there are kept away from marketing use.

Do we keep our practice management software alongside the CRM?
Yes. Your practice software stays the record of appointments and patients. The CRM handles the messages around them.
How does patient information get into the CRM?
Either through a connection to your practice software or a regular export, depending on what your system allows. We confirm which on the demo call and only promise connections we have tested.
Can we ask every patient for a Google review?
Yes, and you should ask everyone the same way. Filtering out unhappy patients or offering rewards for reviews breaks Google's rules and, in the US, the FTC rule.
Do patients need to opt in to recall and reminder texts?
It depends on the message. Appointment reminders are service messages, but patients can still opt out. Marketing messages need consent: in the UK, PECR allows consent or a soft opt-in, and in the US, automated texts need the right consent under the TCPA. We agree with you which of your recall messages count as which before anything is sent.
